Neil George
A keen musician, Neil began to learn to play the guitar in 1986. It wasn't until about 1993, as a young 14 year old, that Neil began to show an interest in rock music. This was his first real inspiration for playing the guitar. Soon after Neil stopped his lessons and began to teach himself. He acknowledges that his lessons were really important in getting him started, and began to move away from his classical and folk teachings and learn to play rock music.
Upon leaving school in 1997 Neil embarked on a 3 year degree in BSc(Hons) Audio Technology at Salford University. He graduated and began a part time job at Coombeshead Studios in Devon. Before long Neil took over as studio manager and runs the studio for local bands and other sound/music related projects. He also teaches the City and Guilds in Sound Engineering , Stages 1, 2 and 3 to youngsters and has his own 5 piece rock band.

Grant Harrison
Grant Harrison is the manager of Unused Toys and the father of Dan. As a co-founder of Zara Media and Design, as well as his role as Unused Toys manager, he has extensive experience managing various projects which makes him an excellent choice as a director within DTR. Grant brings fresh ideas to DTR and came up with the original concept for the label. Grant was lucky to be a teenager in the punk era with a venue, Penzance Winter Gardens, and open minded enough to put on many of the great bands of the time.
Live music has always been a passion for Grant and the highlight of this time was the "Mystery Band of International Repute" that had to play secretly on 1st September 1977. Seeing the Sex Pistols, for it was them, remains the most amazing gig seen to date. After college Grant left for London to seek a job and after a couple of weeks of pointless interviews landed a great job working on a newspaper in London, called ‘Export Times’. where he met his wife Pam. In 1987 he and the new Mrs Harrison moved back down to Devon to take responsibility for advertising on behalf of Devon County Council. Then in April 1998 Grant set up Zara Media & Design, a company that specialises in advertising sales and graphic design. Grant is also Chairman of Exeter Culm Vale Hockey Club and sails when he can.

Dan Harrison
Dan Harrison is a talented young drummer who has played with many bands, the most well known being Unused Toys. Dan has currently kitted out his house with a sound proof room to provide a practice venue for Unused Toys.
He is a well known figure at Coombeshead Studios and will be working with the studio closer than ever through his work with DTR. Dan was voted 'Most Likely to be Famous' by his peers at Clyst Vale Community College at the end of school Prom and also musician of the year at College in 2003.
